Visits to the site to check quality of work and ensure that work being carried out as per drawing and design standards.


Preparation of work schedule, Budgets, resource planning, cost controls and quality controls management programs.


Review of drawings, designs, specification and correspondence with the consultants, client and design departments with regard to timely provision details for works. Jobs reviews of sub-ordinate staff, and contract administration.


Getting of material approval from given specification, and testing of material as per design standards and specification.


Review & submitting of payment certificates, rate analysis, claim (EOT), Cost Estimate, Cost impact & Proposal for additional work, and its clearance through consultant & client. Verifying of sub-contractors and material supplier bills.


Preparing of contract and agreements, Evaluation and negotiation with sub-contractors, Vendors & material suppliers.


Liaise with client, Consultant & Director of organization including attending meeting to keep them informed progress.

Preparing and submitting of payment certificate, Price Variation, Take-off quantity, BBS, rate analysis, Cost Estimate, x-sections, Variation Order, Proposal for additional work, Claim (EOT) and its clearance through consultant and client.


Preparation of work schedule, resource planning (manpower, equipment & materials), risk analysis, progress reports.


Price/forecast of the project, Budgets, Cash flow and cost control plans, material demand & reconciliation of materials.


Preparation & Verifying of payments certificate’s for sub-contractors, labor parties, vendors and material suppliers.


Preparation of contract agreement, evaluation and negotiation with sub-contractors, material suppliers and vendors.


Assisting the Project Manager in all contractual matters throughout the project. Coordination with consultants, clients, sub-contractors and Site Engineers to achieve work according to the contract requirements. Participate in all meetings.

Checking and scrutinizing contractor payment certificates, cost estimate, variation order and comparative statements, x-section of road earth work, Bar Bending Schedules, structure inventories, shop drawings, work planning schedules and onward submission to client for approvals, maintain of office record, making of weekly, monthly progress reports.


Attending regular and schedule meeting with contractor and clients to discuss project issues and progress of work etc.


Visits to the sites to check progress of work, assisting the Team Leader during inspection and supervision.

Overall duty including inspection and visits to sites to ensure that work being carried out as per design standards.


Participating and reviews of quality management plans, making material approval from given specification and testing of material as per design standard and specification. Jobs review of sub-ordinate staff and office administration.


Monitoring the construction work activities at site, solving technical issues to ensure successful project completion.


Checking contractor running bills, cost estimates, variation orders, rate analysis, BBS and making of progress reports.  


Attending meeting with seniors engineers, contractors and clients to discuss project issues and progress of work.


Coordination with client and contractors and assisting the Team Leader during site work inspection and supervision.

Preparing interim payment certificates, x-section for earth work, measurement of site works, take off quantities, shop drawing, rate analysis & BBS and onward submission to consultant. Verifying of sub-contractor and supplier bills.


Estimating of material requirement for project sites, structure inventories, and quantities for accuracy of calculation, agreeing a price for materials, cost reports and weekly, monthly progress reports.

Preparing and carrying out survey for execution of work, setting out, levelling and surveying the sites, including grade.


Setting out of boundaries, elevation, reference points, and locations, bench marks, dimension, Layout & alignment. 


Preparing and maintain of survey data, operating modern instrument such as Total Station, Dumpy level for survey.


Collecting data and develop measurement sheets of quantities for running bills, making of material demand for sites.
